The Northeastern Illinois Area Agency on Aging and Holiday Meals on Wheels Program announces the 2nd Annual Loyalty Program in support of the restaurants and chefs that participate in the annual "A Suburban A Fare" Celebrity Chefs Brunch.

Loyalty Program
Do you expect to eat 7 days a week? Many seniors in our land of plenty cannot! The publicly funded meals-on-wheels program provides only one hot meal per day, Monday through Friday. What about weekends and holidays? The Celebrity Chefs Brunch succeeds because of the commitment of the restaurants to donate their food, time and Chef’s talent. It also succeeds because of the loyalty of our guests.
How you can help... To support participating restaurants in the Celebrity Chefs Brunch and offer Brunch guests added value and incentive, the Area Agency on Aging invites you to participate in the Loyalty Program. Dine-out or use a catering service.
Multiple opportunities to win! Each time you DINE – YOU can ENTER to WIN 2 tickets to the 2010 Celebrity Chefs Brunch (value $200). Three winners drawn!
How it works...
- Dine at a participating restaurant (full meal) or use a catering service (see list on back).
- Let the GM know that you are there because they support HMOW and get their signature.
- Send your completed Form to the Area Agency on Aging before June 11, 2010.
- Each time you dine – YOU can ENTER to WIN!
FAQ's
I forgot to bring my form when I dined. What do I do?
ANSWER: Ask the wait staff to make a duplicate bill and attach it to your form to send in later.
What do I do if I forgot to ask the wait staff?
ANSWER: Make a copy or your bill and attach it to the completed form.
Winner's names will be drawn at the Area Agency’s Board of Directors meeting on June 11, 2010. The meeting is open to the public. Winners will be notified in writing.
