The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) initiative is a collaborative effort by the Administration on Aging (AoA) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that involves partnerships with Department of Health and Human Services Offices on Disabilities, the Administration for Developmental Disabilities, and the Veterans Administration. This initiative seeks to streamline access to long-term services and supports (LTSS) for older adults, all persons with disabilities, family caregivers and LTSS providers.

The Illinois Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) Program
SMP educates consumers about health care fraud, waste, and abuse. If you have questions about a claim on your Medicare Summary Notice or Explanation of Benefits, call the Illinois SMP program at (800) 699-9043. Choose from Take Charge of Your Health - Live Well Be Well; Tornado Control du Su Salus - Vive Bien, Este Bien; or, Live Well, Be Well with Diabetes - Put Life Back in Your Life. All workshops are designed for adults age 55 and older who want to take charge of their on-going health problems and get relief from their pain, fatigue, and other symptoms.
