Home Delivered Meals (Meals on Wheels)

Nutritious meals that are delivered to the home by a volunteer driver Monday through Friday.  Persons must be assessed before meal delivery can start.  The assessment will help to inform/educate older persons and/or their families about other services and programs they may benefit from.  Click here for agencies to contact for info and assessment.
